Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will grant you total authority over your e-mail boxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can create a new email mailbox account in no time and administer its settings easily. Plus, you can forward mails from one email mailbox account to another, finetune email filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your e-mailbox accounts against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mailbox accounts against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to certain criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and change the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Just choose the mailbox you would like to redirect electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your email box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
